I have been working very hard to pull some older files off of our servers and place them onto an external drive. This will help with our backup costs since we are using Cloud backups.
My first step was to copy all of the folders I will be deleted off of the server onto the external drive. We have decided to delete seven years’ worth of old folders from the server. We will be keeping the external drive in a fireproof safe.
The program I found is called WinMerge and best of all is it is FREE! This is a look at the software in use and giving us a tree view. I would say download it and install it just in case you ever need it.
